Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were not huge but still nice, and they were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond with thoughtful gestures like delivering a chilled bottle of champagne with a note. The location was good despite some parking inconveniences, offering stunning views of the CN Tower and easy access to popular attractions. The dining options were a bit pricey and lacked variety. Overall, a pleasant experience.
The hotel offers a stunning view which is definitely worth the extra cost, though the room could be a bit more spacious. The lack of a mini bar and limited water supply daily were minor drawbacks.
Wow, let me tell you about my stay! The hotel rooms were incredible, especially the corner soaker tub rooms with an amazing view over the lake, Toronto Island, and the waterfront. I couldn't hear a single thing from the hallway or neighboring rooms which made my stay so peaceful, except for the 3:30 am interruption. The service was top-notch, with staff who knew us and were available for any needs. The hotel's location was superb, offering a stunning view of the CN Tower and easy access to the skywalk, subways, and airport train. However, it was a bit odd being on the train tracks side and feeling like I was at a crowded house party. The dining experience was a delight, providing one of the best meals I had during my travels in the last 8 days, although it did take quite a while. The facilities were impressive, with a bar, outdoor seating, and various lawn games on the 4th floor.
The hotel offers large, well-appointed rooms with a great view at a reasonable price. The service was exceptional, making me feel at home away from home. The location is excellent for accessing key landmarks. However, the dining experience was overpriced and not very good.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with spectacular views of the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre from my high-floor room. The room size was perfect for two people, but it might be a bit tight for a family of four. The service throughout my stay was absolutely fantastic, from helpful dinner reservations to a friendly check-in experience. The location was superb, being close to Union Station, the Rogers Center, Scotiabank Arena, and many of Toronto's top attractions. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying fresh orange juice in SOCO. Overall, a great value for the money.
